Acupressure: An ancient Chinese technique of healing based on application of finger pressure and massage to meridians (energy points) which releases muscle tension and improves flow of energy.

Body Bronzing: This body treatment involves body exfoliation to buff the skin and remove dry patches. A massage is given to allow for an even and flawless application of sunless tanning lotion. This treatment utilizes a lotion containing Aloe vera, fruit acids and other natural ingredients giving one an alternative to a "healthy" tan.
Body Polish: This is a gentle buffing or massaging of the skin with botanical or marine extracts or salt for exfoliation and smoothness. This treatment is similar to a salt glow.
Brush & Tone: This exfoliation treatment involves dry-brushing of skin to remove its dead layers and impurities while stimulating circulation. Hydrating oils or moisturizing agents are applied to help soften the skin.

Sugaring: An ancient hair removal process that utilizes a warm mixture of sugar, lemon and water. Like waxing, body sugaring can remove hair from the eyebrows, upper lip, bikini area, legs and underarms by removing hair at the root so that it grows in finer and the skin stays smoother longer. Unlike waxing, sugaring is less painful and skin irritation is minimal.
Swedish Massage: This classical European massage technique combines three basic strokes to the skin: long, firm strokes; kneading strokes; and small circles.
