Booking an appointment
Call Rain Spa & Boutique at 516-921-5SPA (5772) to book your appointment. We recommend that you call at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance to book Saturday and Sunday appointments. When you schedule an appointment a credit card and/or gift card number is required to reserve your appointment.

Cancellation policy
As a courtesy to our clients and therapists, we require the following notice for any date change or cancellation:

* 24-hour notice for appointments scheduled Tuesday through Thursday
* 48-hour notice for Friday, Saturday and Sunday appointments
* 72-hour notice for appointments scheduled with 3 or more services

Please note that a 50% cancellation fee will be charged without sufficient notice as stated above. No-shows will be charged 100% for all services and packages.

Confirmation policy
A spa coordinator will reconfirm with you the day before your scheduled appointment.

Arriving
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so that you may fill out a client profile to prepare for your service. Please consider leaving your valuables at home where they are most safe. Rain Spa & Boutique is not responsible for your personal belongings. Please dress comfortably. We hope you enjoy your visit with us.

Gratuity
Rates do not include gratuity, which is both appropriate and appreciated.

Children
In keeping with our serene environment at Rain Spa & Boutique, please no children under the age of 13, so that you and others may relax in quiet treatments.

Product return policy
We are sorry, but due to sanitary conditions, we are unable to accept returns or refunds on opened products. Thank you for your understanding.

Rain Gift Checks

Rain Gift Checks are the responsibility of the client.  We are not responsible for lost of stolen gift checks.  Thank you for your understanding.

Rain Spa & Boutique accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and personal checks.

We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited.
